Our client is a leading global strategic insight agency. With their impressive account base, which includes many of the UK’s leading brands, a solid portfolio of solutions including co-creation, social media management and extensive market research, they are well placed for further and significant growth. With their ongoing commitment to existing accounts, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a tech-focused Account Manager.
As a London based Account Manager, you will:
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver customer success
- Manage an ever-growing portfolio of existing accounts
- Drive account growth
- Lead renewal and retention activities
- Typically liaise with c-suite individuals
- 18-24 months account management or customer success experience
- Russell Group education
- A portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc.)
- An entrepreneurial and highly professional approach
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- Strong social and relationship building skills
- High degrees of motivation, drive and commitment
- High expectations and a strong desire to win
- A base salary circa 42k
- An uncapped 67-70k OTE
