Business Development Executive - Commercial Finance
25-35k Base, 35-55k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible and well-respected commercial finance company. This FinTech company provides unsecured loans and working capital to the SME sector. Due to European growth and the increased demand for their financing solutions, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Business Development Executive.
As a London based Business Development Executive, you will:
Work in both an inbound and outbound sales capacity
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial conversation through to close
Deliver both new and existing business revenue
Prepare and deliver webinars
Manage partner accounts
Work in both an internal and client-facing capacity
Contribute to a fun, fast-paced and lively office environment
Maintain high call volumes and sales activity
The ideal Business Development Executive will:
Be educated to degree level (2019-2020)
Possess 1-2 years B2B sales experience
Possess prior experience or have a sound financial understanding gained through education or internships
Be a new business hunter with high sales activity
Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a growing organisation to develop a lasting career
Possess excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self-motivation and the ability to captivate at all levels, both in person and over the phone
The successful Business Development Executive can expect an initial basic salary circa 25-35k plus additional benefits and fast track progression. First-year realistic earnings are circa 35-55k.
