25-30k Base, 35-45k OTE + Great Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible and well-respected commercial finance company. This FinTech company provides unsecured loans and working capital to the SME sector. Due to European growth and the increased demand for their financing solutions, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Business Development Executive.
As a Business Development Executive, you can expect:
- A 25-30k base salary
- Uncapped 35-45k first-year OTE
- Global market (partners with Ebay)

- Work in an outbound sales capacity
- Manage the sales cycle from research through to initial conversation and appointment booking
- Become the first point of contact within the Partnerships Team

- Maintain high call volumes and sales activity
- Rapidly progress your career into a client-facing senior sales role
- Be educated to degree level
- Possess 6+ months B2B sales experience
- Possess prior experience or have a sound financial understanding gained through education or internships
- Be a new business hunter with high sales activity
- Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a growing organisation to develop a lasting career
- Possess excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self-motivation and the ability to captivate at all levels, both in-person and over the phone
