The Job - Business Development Executive
The ultimate objective of the Business Development Executive is to win new business. From initial call through to agreeing terms, you will be a prospects ‘trusted advisor’, identifying the right recruitment solutions.
Identifying and networking through organisation that recruit graduate/junior talent
Selling bespoke retained and contingent graduate recruitment services
Responding to incoming enquiries through marketing and ‘hot’ leads coming through the Graduate team
Arranging meetings with target accounts on a regular basis
Networking and building relationships across a variety of sectors
Account development and managing key stakeholders in high volume graduate accounts
Identification of new graduate opportunities within existing clients from our other divisions
Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Consultants and Resourcers
Analysis and reporting as required
Achieve revenue targets on a monthly and annual basis
Meet required performance objectives in line with development criteria
Develop a sound understanding of the graduate sector and the requirements within roles including SDR, BDE and Internal Sales Executive
Achieve the required net promoter score
Ensure all prospects receive a fantastic service level
Maintain high activity levels
Key Applicant Attributes
1+ years proven sales experience gained in a fast-paced internal sales capacity
Dynamic and personable with a professional approach
Entrepreneurial and urgent by nature
Degree level education with strong business acumen
Credible and dedicated to the achievement of personal goals
Drive, maturity and commercial awareness
The successful candidate will commence on a Starting Salary of £24,000.
Uncapped On Target Earnings of £40,000 in year one
Minimum 22 days leave increasing with service
