Business Development Executive – Information Sales

Our award-winning client is an industry leading information provider who delivers comprehensive and authoritative information on Legal, Business, Government and Finance/Tax issues. Our client forms strategic relationships with customers to deliver information solutions that drive productive and efficient decisions throughout the US, Europe, and the British Commonwealth. They now have an immediate opening for a Business Development Executive to be based in London or Leeds.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Identify, qualify and close revenue opportunities with customers across numerous markets
- Proactively sell to both new and existing customers using all available mediums (phone, email, social channels etc.)
- Manage incoming sales calls and warm leads
- Help develop and implement sales strategies
- Work alongside colleagues to ensure an integrated customer approach
- Receive full and on-going training designed to enhance your sales career
- Degree education
- A good understanding of what is required to be successful within B2B sales
- 9+ month previous sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and the self-motivation to succeed
- A will to win and a strong desire to learn and highly organised
- Strong negotiation skills
- An interest in law/legal sector
- A basic salary of 30k
- An uncapped OTE of 42-46k
