As a London-based recruitment and search organisation, our client delivers first-class services across numerous technology sectors. Delivering both perm and contract solutions to organisations of every size, worldwide, they continue to grow at an impressive pace. They now have an opening in their London office for a Business Development Executive with or without Recruitment Experience.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Identify and develop key relationships with blue-chip companies and organisations
- Develop relationships with senior contacts over email, phone and at face to face meetings
- Develop and maintain your own pipeline through the ongoing research of companies and industries
- Meet / exceed targets by creating bespoke packages and writing attractive and achievable proposals for prospective clients
- Work with colleagues to up-sell accounts and re-secure bookings
- Spot new areas for business growth
- Focus on software development
- Be degree level educated and possess a minimum of 1-2 years sales or recruitment experience
- Have a consultative approach to sales
- Demonstrate first class communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Write and deliver compelling proposals
- Be a self-starter who does not rely heavily on management direction
- Be driven and ambitious
- Happy to work within a small team and growing company
- Have a wealth of enthusiasm with the ability to identify and develop new revenue streams
