Through offering a leading and easy to use platform, they connect organisations and healthcare workers across the UK. This award-winning company continues to grow their account base at a rapid rate and now has an immediate and exciting opening for a Graduate Account Manager to join their expanding team.

As a London based Graduate Account Manager, you will:

Lead onboarding activities for new users
Liaise within existing accounts to drive platform usage
Analyse user activity and deliver reports
Deliver platform training
Develop brand presence
Manage a Salesforce database

The ideal 2020 graduate applicant will be:

Degree educated (2:1 or above)
Experienced in customer service, sales or account management
Confident, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation
An excellent communicator with an “all hands on deck” mentality
Technically aware and have a broad business understanding
A previous user of Salesforce (advantageous)

The successful graduate sales candidate can expect:
