Our client produces an ever-increasing number of annual events and thousands of business executives with tailored and practical conferences, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments and regulatory announcements across many vertical markets. With offices on five continents, our client has grown to become the industry leader in planning, delivering and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high-performing team.
  
As a Conference Producer, you will:  

• Research, coordinate and deliver high-quality conference programs that complement and drive virtual attendance
• Focus on understanding trending business issues
• Cover a variety of market sectors including finance and pharmaceutical
• Act as lead Project Manager for each conference/event
• Create a project plan for the creation and delivery of each conference/event
• Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
• Create compelling copy for email marketing and event websites
• Identify speakers and industry experts

• Be degree level educated and possess a truly entrepreneurial approach
• Be a recent graduate or possess a minimum of 1+ years conference producing experience
• Have excellent research and project management skills
• Be a first-class communicator with excellent written skills (high-quality copy and reports)
• Be engaging, professional and have numerous extra-curricular activities

• A salary circa 24-38k
