Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible, and well-respected commercial finance company. This FinTech company provides unsecured loans and working capital to the SME sector. Due to European growth and the increased demand for their financing solutions, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Customer Success Executive to be based in London.
As a London based Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Communicating with business owners daily by answering inbound calls and answering any questions they may have
- Monitoring our support and customer service inbox to ensure we reach top service levels
- Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications and answer customer queries
- Handling complaints and customer satisfaction through problem-solving any issues our existing customers have
- Customer success and customer support
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Customer-focused mindset
- Sociable, with a desire to work in a company with a great culture
- Not afraid of a challenge
- An initial basic salary circa 21k
