This exciting business is an independent and transformational digital performance agency, delivering international campaigns to clients of a broad variety. They are very much a 'challenger' agency with a team of dynamic growth hackers delivering a full-stack solution. The business is 18 years old, has won numerous awards and has a turnover in excess of 10 million generated from their London offices in Shoreditch. To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate need for a Graduate Account Executive to join their expanding team.

As a Graduate Account Executive, you will:

Manage a small portfolio of accounts
Complete a comprehensive training and development program
Collate and analyse account data
Analyse and report on campaign statistics
Optimise account opportunities
Build and maintain account relationships
Up-sell and cross-sell campaign options
Work with colleagues to deliver a first-class service

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a recent graduate
Have a strong interest in everything digital (and marketing)
Possess strong A-Level results
Demonstrate commercial awareness
Be organised and process orientated
Have an analytical approach and enjoy problem-solving
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Be proactive, confident and a natural rapport builder
Be social, outgoing and a solid team player

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary of 22k (regular salary milestones) plus a great benefits program which includes lunches, weekends away, office events and more.
