Our client produces an ever-increasing number of annual events and thousands of business executives with tailored and practical conferences, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments and regulatory announcements across many vertical markets. With offices on five continents, our client has grown to become the industry leader in planning, delivering and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. To ensure the smooth running of events and internal functions, they now have an interesting opening for a Graduate Operations Executive.
  
As a Graduate Operations Executive, you will:  

• Ensure the smooth running and successful management of world-class events
• Manage event operations from planning to execution
• Build relationships with suppliers, sponsors, speakers, venues and more
• Manage and monitor budgets
• Oversee all onsite operations
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing and finance etc.)
• Guide speakers through the process and manage material and expectations
• Deliver a first-class service

• 2021 degree level education
• Commercially minded
• Some event experience (organisation / management)
• An excellent organiser
• Detail oriented
• Excellent research and project management skills
• First-class communicator with excellent written skills
• Engaging, professional and have numerous extra-curricular activities
• Hungry for progression

• A salary circa 23-25k
