Through offering tailored recruitment solutions to the energy, utility and associated sectors, they are well-positioned for further growth. To meet demand, they now have an exciting and immediate opening for a confident and outgoing Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Work on a team of high performing Consultants
Receive the very best in training through a dedicated training program
Shadow colleagues whilst learning both candidate and client management
Ultimately move into a 360 recruiting role
Win, manage and cover a variety of vacancies in a dedicated sector
Add to the atmosphere of a fast-paced and dynamic office

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and traits:

A 2021 degree
Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc)
Highly professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment
Have a genuine interest in business
An intelligent and inquisitive nature
High personal expectations with a strong desire to win

The successful graduate candidate can expect: ]

An initial base salary of 22-24k
