Our client, a fast-growing, multi-award-winning global recruitment company, specialises in recruiting senior perm and contract opportunities within multiple niche markets. They currently have an immediate opening for a 2:1 Graduate to join one of their high performing teams.

Based from amazing WeWork offices, you will:

Receive extensive and ongoing training (classroom and external)
Work on exciting projects for some of the worlds leading companies
Take on a 360 role covering the full recruitment life-cycle
Identify, win and manage both candidates and clients
Develop your career in this fast, energetic and lively company

The ideal Graduate Recruitment Consultant, will:

Be a 2020 2:1 graduate who has strong A-Level results
Possess first-class communication and presentation skills
Have a polished approach and the ability to liaise with high-value clients and candidates throughout the UK and beyond
Be outgoing, have a strong personality, money motivated and crave success
Demonstrate a track record of responsibility (Committee Member, Sports Captain etc.)
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 22-23k, with an uncapped OTE of 32-33k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and great prospects.
