To meet demand and uphold their high customer service levels, they now have an exciting opening for a Graduate Sales Administrator to be based in Cambridge.
As a Graduate Sales Administrator, you will:
- Onboard new accounts through delivering user training and account administration
- Support customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Process and coordinate sales orders
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Process account forms
- Liaise with internal departments
- Prioritise workloads
- Progress into a sales position (if desired)
- Degree educated (2019) candidates who possess solid administrative skills
- Articulate candidates who can liaise at varying levels
- Intelligent candidates with excellent presentation and interaction skills and a high aptitude for professionalism
- Those with proficiency in Microsoft office
- Problem solvers
