Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible and well-respected commercial finance company. This FinTech company provides unsecured loans and business cash advances to the SME sector. Due to growth and the increased demand for their financing solutions, they now have an opening in London for a Junior Account Manager.

The successful Graduate Sales Executive can expect:

An initial basic salary of 25-30k
45k uncapped OTE

As a London based Graduate Sales Executive, you will:

Deliver outbound sales activities to warm leads
Work in a 360 capacity managing the entire sales cycle
Liaise internally with a variety of teams, to help set customer expectations
Build strong relationships within the financial community
Contribute to a fun, fast-paced and lively office environment

The ideal Graduate Sales Executive will:

Be educated to degree level (Russell Group Uni)
Possess a good financial understanding and be successful academically or in a sporting environment
Demonstrate a genuine desire to break into a financial-based sales environment
Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a growing organisation to develop a lasting career
Possess excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self-motivation and the ability to captivate at all levels
