Through measurement, assessment and comparisons, this platform improves hiring accuracy, team performance and candidate experience, to name just a few key benefits. With solid backing, this hot tech start-up is now looking to further build-out their sales function through hiring a Graduate Sales Executive.
As an internally based Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will:
- Engage with prospects to identify/create needs, qualify opportunities and build relationships
- Deliver outbound sales calls
- Follow-up on warm leads, qualifying prospects
- Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to Appointment setting
- Achieve and constantly exceed agreed sales goals
- A recent degree and a strong desire to break into technology sales
- Knowledge of and an interest in the technology sector
- A well presented, charismatic and passionate demeanour
- A team player mentality
- A strong list of extracurricular activities (sports, societies etc.)
- The ability to follow process
- First-class communication skills
- A starting base salary circa 23-25k
- First-year achievable OTE of 33.35k
