Graduate Sales Executive – Lead Generation
24k Base, 30-35k+ OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading, award-winning independent office design and fit-out company who specialise in innovative, inspiring and world-class office interior design and refurbishment projects for both SME and Corporate markets. Through building a solid reputation as the UK’s leading design and build company, they continue to experience significant growth throughout London and beyond, even with the current WFH movement. They now have an *immediate* need for a Graduate Sales Executive to work at their fast-paced and boisterous London SE1 office.
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will:
Work alongside an external sales team to identify, qualify and win business from a qualified database of prospects
Generate business through a blend of new business development, networking and lead generation within past customers
Deliver lead generation, fact-finding and account mapping duties
Develop relationships with companies of varying size throughout the UK
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls circa 150+ per day
The ideal graduate candidate will:
Be degree educated (2019-2021)
Possess previous outbound telesales experience (preferred)
Be a highly motivated professional with first-class communication skills
Have the ability to liaise and influence at every level
Be a team focused player
Have career aspirations, deliver sales targets and meet growth expectations

The successful sales candidate can expect a generous 24k base salary with an uncapped OTE of 30-35k plus an excellent benefits package, great working environment and genuine/rapid opportunities for career progression.
