Graduate Sales Executive – Legal Publishing

20-24k Base, 35-40k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our independent media client is an industry-leading publisher who delivers comprehensive and authoritative journals and publications (digital and print) focused on the legal sector. With their global reach, solid year-on-year growth and further expansion planned for core markets, they now have an immediate opening for an internally based Graduate Sales Executive.
As an Internal Graduate Sales Executive, you will:
- Be mentored by an experienced manager and complete intensive sales/product training
- Identify, qualify and close revenue opportunities within legal publications and portals
- Proactively sell to both new and existing customers using all available mediums (phone, email etc.)
- Utilise warm leads
- Identify key contributors for the publications
- Deliver extensive research to identify and map out prospects
- Pitch at senior levels within global law firms
- Receive on-going training designed to enhance your sales career.
- A recent degree from a top 30 UK University
- Previous work experience and extracurricular activities
- A good understanding of what is required to be successful within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, a high degree of computer literacy and the self-motivation to succeed
- A will to win and a strong desire to learn and grow through ongoing/hands-on sales and product training
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to identify and qualify prospect requirements
- Emotional intelligence
- A second language (preferred and not a necessity)
- A basic salary of 20-24k
- An uncapped OTE of 35-40k
