They now have an exciting opening for a recent graduate to enter their career in sales
As an internally based Graduate Sales Executive, you will:
- Be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling and following up on leads provided/generated via the web, phone and emails
- Identify, qualify and confirm qualified appointments
- Target senior decision-makers within a variety of organisations and market sectors
- Work in a team-based environment with both individual and team targets
- Receive full and on-going training, along with opportunities for career progression into a closing sales role
- Degree educated candidates who possess a genuine interest in business
- Candidates who clearly demonstrate an understanding of consultative selling and appointment setting
- Those with the ability to logically communicate information and ideas
- Intelligent candidates with excellent presentation and interaction skills and a high aptitude for learning
- Punchy, switched-on and proactive relationship builders with great attention to detail
- A base salary circa 22-25k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 32-35k
