With circa 150 employees and huge growth to come, they have an exciting opening for a HR and Employee Engagement Manager to join their team, based in a large, dynamic and fun office in Hammersmith.
As a Hammersmith based HR and Employee Engagement Manager, you will:
You will become the first point of contact for all HR functions for all UK based employees
Facilitate and deliver HR and people related training
Research and implement a HR platform, company-wide
Update and manage policies and handbooks
Manage company-wide benefits packages
Conduct full onboarding and offboarding
Deliver employee engagement, updates and so much more
Manage expenses, budgets, payroll, talent acquisition and HR escalations

HR applications are invited from:
Dynamic HR managers with circa 3-5 years experience gained in a start-up/scale-up environment
CIPD level 5 qualified individuals
Technically advanced HR enthusiasts
Creative thinking, problem-solving and highly organised individuals
Those that have launched/implemented and run a HR platform
Stakeholder managers who can lead employee relations
Flexible and hardworking with a talent for employee engagement
Those capable of delivering office management duties across multiple locations.
The successful HR Manager can expect:
A base salary circa 40-50k
