Our client, a leading FTSE listed company, has an immediate opening for an Internal Account Manager to join their high-performing sales function based in Bedfordshire.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Work in an internal capacity, managing a large portfolio of existing accounts
- Further qualify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Identify and pitch solutions, up-sell and cross-sell a growing portfolio
- Make regular contact with accounts, confirm usage and identify opportunities
- Work closely with a new business-focused sales team, passing warm leads
- Be degree level educated
- Possess 1-2 years previous sales experience (call centre, telesales, customer service etc.)
- Have excellent communication skills and a high degree of computer literacy
- Be a natural presenter with the self-motivation and ambition to succeed
- Be excited about career progression, have a will to win and a strong desire to learn through ongoing and hands-on sales and product training
