40-45k Base, 80-90k OTE + Great Benefits

Our client, a highly recognisable brand has a strong and industry leading digital presence. To drive growth and maintain their enviable position, they currently have an exciting opening for an Internal Sales Manager.
As an Internal Sales Manager, you will:
- Execute an existing and successful sales strategy into proven markets
- Cover hiring, training, and managing an internal sales function
- Lead the current sales team with a remit to grow
- Build and manage the team through goal development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on improving, developing, and implementing best practices and sales plans
- Set and achieve ambitious goals
- Personally establish and maintain key customer relationships
- Drive personal development across the team
- 2+ years experience in a similar sales leadership role
- Ecommerce, retail or digital sector experience preferred
- Intelligent and highly analytical
- Commercial awareness
- Strong leadership skills
- Results-driven
- Self-motivated, career-minded and an excellent work ethic
- Outgoing personality with a great sense of humour
- A base salary of 40-45k
- 80-90k OTE
