Due to continued growth, they now have an immediate opening for an experienced an SDR Sales Manager to lead a performing sales team in London
As a London based SDR Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead a large team of SDR’s based in London (office/remote)
- Grow and manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s, and regular sales coaching
- Optimise pipeline and revenue creation opportunities
- Manage new business sales
- Manage database integrity
- Work closely with senior management on developing and delivering sales strategy
- In this classic, hands-on sales leadership role, cover all aspects from planning to sales training, coaching, recruitment, pipeline management, reporting and so much more
- Run regular incentives
- Possess 2+ years’ sales leadership experience (SDR level)
- Have solid knowledge of SaaS and preferably Martech
- Be a natural communicator, leader, and motivator
- Demonstrate experience in leading Sales Executives
- Be an inspirational Manager, a leader who teams perform for and a coach/mentor to sales professionals
- Have a demonstrable background in new business sales
- Be tenacious, highly motivated and have first-class communication and presentation skills
- A base salary circa 40-70k
- An uncapped 50-80k OTE
