Our client is a fast-growing start-up R&D Consultancy. Through their understanding of the complexity of regulations, they deliver a quality service with measurable benefits covering R&D tax credits and R&D grants. To meet growth, they are currently hiring an Office Manager / Business Manager in London
As an Office Manager / Business Manager, you will:
Organise meetings and manage databases
Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries
Manage office budgets
Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
Organise induction programs for new employees
Use a range of software packages
Attend meetings with senior partners
Assist with the companies HR function
Office Manager / Business Manager applications are invited from candidates with the following experience and traits:
Degree educated
Relevant experience in Business / Office Management. This can include internships or post-education work experience
The appreciation of flexibility in a start-up environment

The successful Office Manager / Business Manager can expect a starting base salary circa 30-35k plus additional, generous and executive benefits, a un and dynamic working environment and numerous incentives.
