For close to a decade, our client has delivered transparent and highly effective recruitment solutions to Fintech companies around the world. Finding growth during Covid, they are well-positioned to gain further market share and as such, have immediate and exciting openings for experienced Recruitment Consultant.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
Join a high performing team of experienced Consultants
Work in 360 capacity
Focus on generating the very best in highly qualified candidates
Drive revenue growth within an international account base
Expand your network
Become a subject matter expert within your target market

Applications are invited from:

Those with a recent degree
Candidates with a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience, gained a 360 capacity
Intelligent and articulate individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in-person
Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and workplace)
Those who demonstrate maturity, commercial awareness and business acumen. Integrity, a can-do attitude and a polished approach is also required

The successful Consultant can expect:

25-35k basic salary
