To meet demand throughout the UK, they have exciting openings in Manchester for those candidates with a minimum of 12 months B2B sales experience.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
- Join a high performing team of experienced Consultants
- Focus on generating the very best in qualified candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Work through structured training to enhance and develop your skills
- Progress form Associate to a full Consultant within 6-12 months
- Those with a recent degree
- Candidates with a minimum of 12 months B2B sales experience or prior exposure to the recruitment sector
- Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in-person
- Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
- Those who demonstrate maturity, commercial awareness and business acumen. Integrity, a can-do attitude and a polished approach is also required
