Working with many of the world’s largest companies, they now have an immediate need for graduate Recruitment Consultants – no experience required.

As a successful Recruitment Consultant, you can expect:

A starting base salary of 25k
First-year earnings of 40k

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Identify and qualify candidates
Build relationships
Liaise at C-Level
Generate pipeline
Progress your career into Account Management positions

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will demonstrate the following:

A recent 2:1 degree
A portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc.)
An entrepreneurial and highly professional approach
First-class communication and presentation skills
Strong social and relationship building skills
High degrees of motivation, drive and commitment
