As a leading Executive Search firm delivering high-quality recruitment services into the Investment Banking and Buy-Side markets, our client continues to experience global business growth. Working with most international Investment Banks, Fund Managers and Brokerages etc, they are well placed to deliver their valuable Search solutions to organisations of every size. Due to growth, they now have an exciting vacancy at their Central London office for a Researcher / Junior Head-hunter.
  
As a Researcher, you will:  

• Receive the very best in training, covering the full recruitment and sales life cycles along with any sector knowledge required
• Cover the full spectrum of executive search recruitment, focusing initially on candidate generation then moving through to client management and onto a full 360 executive search based role, as your experience grows
• Research, map-out and gather data/information on market segments and key movers and shaker
• Work alongside experienced and successful Executive Search Consultants
• Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fast-paced and dynamic Company

• Have a 2018/19 degree from a top university along with a genuine interest in finance
• Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extra-curricular etc)
• Be highly professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment
• Be intelligent with a polished approach, have high expectations and a strong desire to win
• Be spontaneous, a true go-getter, have gravitas and a strong social game
