A successful Executive Search Researcher, can expect:  

• An initial base salary of 26-28k

• Develop and manage talent pools (C-Level talent)

• Recent top 40 university graduates who have a strong determination to break into Executive Search
• Previous commercial experience (customer facing, research or recruitment etc.)
• Highly professional candidates with first class communication and presentation skills
• Those who can demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment
• Intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire
