The Job - Resourcer
The ultimate objective of the Resourcer is to ensure each and every candidate we work with has a fantastic experience of working with Certus. From initial sourcing call through to placement the Resourcer will support and coach each candidate through the recruitment process. They will be their candidates ‘trusted advisor’, giving honest feedback and advice throughout the process, assisting them in identifying the right opportunity for them and ensuring they make informed decisions throughout.
Key responsibilities
Source great candidates using all available resources
Screen, qualify and assess suitability of sourced candidates
To book qualified and suitable candidates for assessment days and face-to-face interviews (once allowed post covid)
Manage and coach each candidate throughout the process
Give constructive feedback after all interactions
To ensure candidates receive all appropriate interview documentation
Prepare candidates for interview and ensure they are best placed to perform well
Maintain a complete understanding of each live candidates status with regards to where they are interviewing
Work closely with senior consultants and delivery managers
Develop a strong knowledge of the technology sector, understanding the different sectors within it and where opportunities lie
Identify business opportunities and share with the Business Development Manager
Create a great social media profile and post regular, relevant content
To promote qualified candidates internally amongst team members in order to maximise the success and opportunity of both the candidate and yourself
Assist in the delivery of assessment days
Key objectives
Achieve revenue targets on a monthly and annual basis
Meet required performance objectives in line with development criteria
Develop a sound understanding of the sales sector and the requirements within roles including SDR, BDE and Internal Sales Executive
Achieve the required net promoter score
Ensure all candidates receive a fantastic service level
Help the team maximize revenue through effective candidate management

Reward
The successful candidate will commence on a Salary of £20,000 rising to £22,000 after 6 months. Beyond that, the skies the limit. It has not been unusual for a Graduate trainee to progress to a £30,000 + salary within 12-18 months
Uncapped On Target Earnings of £31,800 in year one
Minimum 22 days leave increasing with service
Regular incentives and rewards including dinners, trips away and days out
Opportunity to develop into either client management or business development with experience
