Sales Development Representative

30-40k Base, 45-60k+ OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading office design and fit-out company who specialise in innovative, inspiring and world-class office interior design and refurbishment projects for both SME and Corporate markets. Through building a solid reputation as a leading design and build company, they continue to experience significant growth throughout London and beyond, even with the current WFH movement. They now have an immediate need for a Sales Development Representative to work through all their leads.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Work alongside an existing sales team to qualify and win business from a company generated database of prospects and internally sourced leads
- Generate business meetings through a blend of new business development, networking and lead generation within past customers
- Deliver fact finding and account mapping duties
- Develop relationships with companies of varying size throughout the UK
- Maintain a high volume of sales activity (calling, emailing, LinkedIn and social etc.)
- Be degree educated (2019-2020)
- Possess 1-2 years previous sales experience
- Be a highly motivated professional with first class communication skills
- Have the ability to liaise and influence at every level
- Be a team focused player
- Demonstrate career stability and a strong work ethic
- Have career aspirations, deliver sales targets and meet growth expectations
- Thrive in an energetic, success fuelled environment
