Sales Development Representative - E-Learning
25-30k base, 35-45k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a rapidly growing e-learning company with an expanding suite of products, our client has a strong and growing global presence. With their solid blue-chip customer base spread throughout Europe, the US and Australasia, and an ever-expanding portfolio of e-learning solutions that covers everything from Business Process through to IT Governance, they are well placed to build upon their market-leading positions. Due to continued growth, they now have an immediate opening in London for an additional Sales Development Representative.
As a London based Sales Development Representative, you will:
Work within a designated territory to contact, qualify and map out strategic sales opportunities
Work in a new business role, with realistic targets and access to inbound/warm leads
Work closely with colleagues to develop a pipeline of leads and opportunities that will meet and exceed both individual and company expectations
Work in a closing role but seek assistance with larger enterprise deals
Seek out and grasp the excellent opportunities for career advancement
The ideal Sales Development Representative will:
Be degree level educated (2:1 preferred) from a top university
Possess an interest in the technology (ICT) sector
Be an excellent communicator and possess the natural ability to identify opportunities
Be highly motivated, eager to learn, tenacious, determined and driven
Be autonomous, confident and goal-driven
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 25-30k with an uncapped OTE of 35-45k. In addition, there is a generous benefits package and excellent training available.
