Sales Development Representative – SaaS

30-35k Base, 60-70k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a fast-growing HR platform, our client is experiencing global growth within the SME sector. Delivering employee benefits and financial well-being through an easy to use and scalable platform, they streamline HR and simplify the hiring process. Due to UK specific growth, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Sales Development Representative.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Convert an increasing number of inbound leads, into sales
- Be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling and following up through the web, phone and emails
- Target SME accounts
- Identify, qualify and confirm opportunities through completing discovery calls
- Research accounts, identify key players and target decision-makers
- Assist in performing effective online demos
- Receive full and on-going training, along with opportunities for career progression
- Degree educated candidates who possess 12+ months previous outbound sales experience
- Candidates who can clearly demonstrate an understanding of consultative selling and appointment setting
- Those with the ability to logically communicate information and ideas to SME’s
- Intelligent candidates with excellent presentation and interaction skills
- Those with start-up experience (preferred but not essential)
- Social, autonomous, driven and those who are competitive and highly motivated
- Multi-taskers who can prioritise and manage time effectively
- A base salary circa 30-35k
- An uncapped OTE of 60-70k
