20-25k Base, 40k OTE + Benefits
Our Client is a national, award-winning media group with offices throughout the UK. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit an additional Sales Executive, responsible for the sale of both print and digital solutions, based from their offices in Macclesfield.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
Help the team achieve targets by demonstrating the highest standards of sales excellence
Consistently deliver against a personally agreed minimum phone time, pipeline requirement and conversion rate. Achieve 120 minutes of call times with a minimum of 60 calls per day.
Identify, qualify and close transactional sales within a varied account base
Communicate effectively, respectfully and positively with all team members and contribute to the development of the team
Set an appropriate culture in line with company guidelines and work standards of the team and lead positively from the front.
Sales Executive applications are sought from candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous commercial experience (sales preferred)
Knowledge of traditional and new media and its components/functions
Knowledge of the sales process and sales techniques
High activity levels
An understanding of the media buying process and competitive landscape
Communication skills – written and verbal
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20-25k with an uncapped OTE of 40k plus additional and generous benefits.
