Sales Executive - EdTech
30-40k Base, 60-80k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a leading provider of educational software solutions and services, our client has developed an enviable position in the UK, Europe and around the globe. Through pioneering software, they have transformed the way we learn, study and manage our education. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening for an experienced Business Development Manager.
As an experienced Sales Executive, you will:
- Drive sales and revenue growth throughout a portfolio of existing local authorities and schools
- Identify and lead bid opportunities
- Up-sell and cross-sell solutions
- Develop and implement territory account plans
- Develop a deep understanding of competitive offerings and customer requirements
- Manage relationships at every level from users to those with signing off ability
- Manage the full sales process and associated pipelines
- Potentially travel throughout a large territory
- Candidates who have a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience, gained selling into schools/higher education or selling training solutions
- Intelligent individuals who have experience in both new and existing business sales
- Those with proven experience in developing large accounts
- Candidates who have highly effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at the highest of levels
- Those with an understanding of the education and local authority landscape
- Highly motivated territory planners
- Team players who demonstrate excellent time management
