Sales Executive – Lead Generation

Our client is a leading, award-winning independent office design and fit-out company who specialise in innovative, inspiring and world-class office interior design and refurbishment projects for both SME and Corporate markets. Through building a solid reputation as the UK’s leading design and build company, they continue to experience significant growth throughout London and beyond, even with the current WFH movement. They now have an immediate need for an Internal Sales Executive to work at their fast-paced and boisterous London SE1 office.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:
- Work alongside an external sales team to identify, qualify and win business from a qualified database of prospects
- Generate business through a blend of new business development, networking and lead generation within past customers
- Deliver lead generation, fact-finding and account mapping duties
- Develop relationships with companies of varying size throughout the UK
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls
- Be degree educated (2019-2020)
- Possess previous outbound telesales experience
- Be a highly motivated professional with first-class communication skills
- Have the ability to liaise and influence at every level
- Be a team focused player
- Have career aspirations, deliver sales targets and meet growth expectations
- Thrive in an energetic, target fuelled environment
- Progress into a senior sales capacity through training and career growth
