Our Client is a National, award-winning television and content creation group with offices throughout the UK. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a new team of Sales Executives, responsible for the sale of both print and digital solutions, based from their offices in Macclesfield.

Sales Executive responsibilities will include:

• Help team achieve their targets by demonstrating the highest standards of sales excellence.
• Help team achieve their targets by utilising the highest standards of product, market and customer knowledge and by sharing learning with team members
• Help team members achieve their targets by demonstrating the highest standards of sales excellence and acting as a role model and mentor for team members.
• To communicate effectively, respectfully and positively with all team members and contribute to the development of the team
• Contribute positively to all team activities and meetings
• To set an appropriate culture in line with company guidelines and work standards of the team and lead positively from the front.
• To communicate and gather performance metrics for use by the Sales Manager. To update team members on individual performance against agreed targets at regular intervals and prior to a performance review meeting
• To consistently deliver against a personally agreed minimum phone time, pipeline requirement and conversion rate. To achieve 120 minutes on average per day call times with a minimum of 60 calls per day.
