Our Client is a national, award-winning media group with offices throughout the UK. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit an additional Sales Executive, responsible for the sale of both print and digital solutions, based from their offices in Macclesfield.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Help the team achieve targets by demonstrating the highest standards of sales excellence
- Consistently deliver against a personally agreed minimum phone time, pipeline requirement and conversion rate. Achieve 120 minutes of call times with a minimum of 60 calls per day.
- Identify, qualify and close transactional sales within a varied account base
- Communicate effectively, respectfully and positively with all team members and contribute to the development of the team
- Set an appropriate culture in line with company guidelines and work standards of the team and lead positively from the front.
- Previous commercial experience (sales preferred)
- Knowledge of traditional and new media and its components/functions
- Knowledge of the sales process and sales techniques
- High activity levels
- An understanding of the media buying process and competitive landscape
- Commercial/Business awareness
- Influencing skills
- Communication skills – written and verbal
