Sales Executive - Talent Management Software
25k Base, 30k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our international client is a fast-growth software company with customers around the globe. Through their easy to use, scalable and fully branded talent management software, they allow large organisations to manage the online recruitment process in a fast and seamless manner. Due to growth at their South West London office, they are looking for an additional Sales Development Executive to complement their high performing sales function.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
Work with colleagues to identify, map and approach prospects
Focus on a variety of sectors
Qualify and book software demos with C-Level contacts
Attend meetings with senior colleagues (as your experience grows)
Work through an ever-increasing database of warm leads
The ideal, degree educated Sales Executive will:
Possess a minimum of 6 months sales experience gained selling software, technology, digital solutions or working within a new business-focused role
Be consultative, tenacious and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited
Be a proven target hitter, show stability, gravitas and an ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
The successful Business Development Executive can expect a base salary of 25k with an uncapped OTE of 30k, in the first year, plus additional and generous benefits, ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
