Our client runs a small but growing portfolio of high end, luxury serviced offices in London. With increasing occupancy levels and an expanding sales function, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sales / Commercial Manager.
  
As a Sales / Commercial Manager, you will:  

• Lead a growing team of Junior Sales Executives

• Develop and implement sales strategies

• Increase broker network to expand upon incoming leads

• Increase number of daily viewings

• Recruit, train, manage and mentor sales executives

• Develop and roll-out metrics, KPI’s and team behaviours

• Work closely with the business owner

• Drive company values

Sales / Commercial Manager applications are invited from candidates with the following experience and traits:  

• Degree educated

• 4+ years sales management experience

• Customer-focused

• Metric driven

• Highly analytical

• Sales psychology

• Excellent relationship builder

The successful Sales / Commercial Manager can expect a base salary circa 40-50k with an uncapped 70-100k OTE plus additional benefits.
