Following two years of development, we are hugely excited to launch a new product to market, a bespoke sales training and coaching program which, combined with our graduate sales recruitment services, delivers our clients the ability to scale their sales function in a highly cost effective and guaranteed manner.
The program combines a unique mix of personal assessment, competency and behavioural based training and enables the measurement of each participant's development in an objective manner.
We are therefore looking to recruit an experienced sales trainer, who thrives on variety, to lead the delivery of the program and to further develop the service and related offerings.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivery of a 12-week comprehensive sales development program across multiple clients
Management of the related online learning portal to support classroom delivery
Liaising with participants and clients to provide comprehensive feedback throughout the program
Ensuring general success of the program
Developing additional training and coaching services to support the core product
The delivery of internal training initiatives
Working collaboratively with senior management to align talent development with key business initiatives
The development of course content and innovation
Developing high performing sales consultants, driving best practice, consistency, operational efficiency, and a high-performance culture
