As an SDR Manager, you will:

Lead a team of 9 SDR’s based in Surrey
Grow and manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
Optimise pipeline and revenue creation opportunities
Manage database integrity
Work closely with senior management on developing and delivering sales strategy
Cover all aspects from planning to sales training, recruitment, pipeline management, reporting and so much more
Target mid-market and enterprise accounts
Analyse and report on sales data/figures

The ideal SDR Team Manager will possess the following skills and traits:

Possess 3+ years’ sales leadership experience (SDR level)
Natural communicator, leader and motivator
Mid-market and enterprise experience
An inspirational manager and leader who teams perform for
Coach/mentor to sales professionals
Demonstrable background in new business sales
Tenacious and highly motivated
First-class communication and presentation skills
Analytical and data-driven

The successful SDR leadership candidate will be offered:

A base salary circa 55-60k
An uncapped 85-90k OTE
A full generous benefits package
