We are a rapidly growing London based recruitment company who help amazing companies recruit, onboard, and develop the next generation of Sales Superstars! As part of the rapidly expanding Certus Recruitment Group, we are positioned for phenomenal growth throughout 2022.
After launching in 2020 and tripling in size last year we have rebranded from Certus Graduate to Certus Origin and are now looking to appoint a SDR within our team. The SDR will be responsible for the development of the business through the acquisition of new clients, selling our full range of retained bespoke assessment and contingency solutions to clients across the UK.
This is a strategic position within the business, with the SDR having considerable scope to shape the business as it evolves. This is purely a business development role with no responsibility for delivery with accounts being passed to Client Managers upon instruction.
