SDR Team Leader - Commercial Finance
35-45k Base, 50-65k OTE + Great Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible and well-respected commercial finance company. This FinTech company provides unsecured loans and working capital to the SME sector. Due to European growth and the increased demand for their financing solutions, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Business Development Executive to work as an SDR Team Leader.
As a London based Business Development Executive / Team Leader, you will:
- Lead a team of 4-6 SDRs
- Receive a constant flow of warm leads
- Push team through the entire sales cycle from initial conversation through to close
- Deliver both new and existing business revenue
- Manage partner and existing accounts
- Monitor and manage KPI’s and sales pipeline
- Contribute to a fun, fast-paced and lively office environment
- Be educated to degree level
- Possess 18+ months B2B sales experience (leadership experience would be beneficial)
- Possess prior experience or a sound financial understanding gained through education or previous positions (lending preferred)
- Be a closer with high sales activity
- Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a growing organisation to develop a lasting sales leadership career
- Possess excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self-motivation and the ability to captivate at all levels, both in person and over the phone
- An initial basic salary circa 35-45k
