Our client produces an ever-increasing number of annual events and thousands of business executives with tailored and practical conferences, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments and regulatory announcements across many vertical markets. With offices on five continents, our client has grown to become the industry leader in planning, delivering and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. Due to growth in the London office, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a high performing Sponsorship Sales Team.
As a sponsorship focused Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international and highly sort-after events
- Develop new accounts, through a mix of strategic account development and lead generation
- Work on a variety of sponsorship deals
- Work on both short-term and long-term projects
- Drive partnerships in key sectors
- Generate leads through competitor analysis, industry news and research
- Manage sponsors attending conferences
- Possess a minimum of 6+ months B2B sales experience gained in a fast-paced and driven sales environment
- Be commercially aware, proactive and tenacious
- Be dynamic in approach, have high energy levels, possess drive, motivation and above all the ability to communicate at all levels of the business community
- Be free to travel (if required)
- Have a proven record of sales success and be committed to furthering their career within an industry leader
- Demonstrate excellence/achievements (sport, academic, music etc.)
- A base salary of 21-28k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 35-40k
