Sponsorship Sales Manager

Our international client, with a global network of offices provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, online events, and webinars, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate need in Berlin for a Sponsorship Sales Manager.
The role:
- Driving new sponsorship revenue throughout Germany and beyond
- Delivering independent research to identify potential sponsors
- Developing and maintaining a database of existing and potential sponsors
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
- Performing key account management
- CRM maintenance
- Implementing on-site sponsor activities
- Attending events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction
- Degree educated a passion for sales
- 2+ years B2B sales experience
- Fluent German and English
- Driven individuals with a record of sales achievement
- Intelligent and articulate candidates
- Structured approach and solid time management

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- A mature outlook and strong commercial awareness
- A base salary of 36-45k
- Uncapped 56-75k OTE
