Sponsorship Sales Manager – European Event Sales

30-40k Base, 50-60k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our independent and Central London based client produces a handful of European based events. With events focussed on sustainability, manufacturing and energy they provide a real-time resource to hundreds of business executives, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments and regulatory announcements. Due to continued growth in their well-attended events, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a small but high performing Sponsorship Sales Team.
As a sponsorship focused Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of European and highly sort-after events
- Develop new accounts, through a mix of strategic account development and lead generation
- Focus on a global audience
- Work on a variety of “big ticket” sponsorship deals
- Drive partnerships in key sectors
- Maintain high activity with daily pitches
- Travel to all European events
- Possess a minimum of 1+ years B2B sales experience gained in a fast-paced and driven new business sales environment (sponsorship or similar would be advantageous)
- Be commercially aware, proactive and tenacious
- Be dynamic in approach, have high energy levels, possess drive, motivation and above all the ability to communicate at all levels of the business community
- Be free to travel to European events
- Have a proven record of sales success and be committed to furthering their career within a fast-growing team
- Demonstrate excellence/achievements (sport, academic, music etc.)
- A base salary of 30-40k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 50-60k
