Finding growth during Covid, they are well positioned to gain further market share and as such, have immediate and exciting openings for Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Receive the ongoing support required to develop your recruitment career
Join a high-performing team of experienced Consultants (1 on 1 training)
Work in 180 capacity
Focus on generating the very best in highly qualified candidates
Drive revenue growth within an international account base
Expand your network
Become a subject matter expert within your target market

Trainee Applications are invited from:

Those with a recent 2:1 degree
Intelligent and articulate individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in-person
Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and workplace)
Those who demonstrate maturity, commercial awareness, and business acumen. Integrity, a can-do attitude, and a polished approach is also required

The successful Trainee Consultant can expect:

22k basic salary
Industry-leading commission structures with high 2nd year earnings (100k+)
